Our History

We began as a traditional F&I development firm servicing regional dealer partners in the presentation and sale of traditional paper F&I products. Over time, we began to recognized new market opportunities for our dealer’s customers. They became especially popular with customers that did not see value in traditional F&I products. That was how our “Equity Protection” product line came in to existence. We focused our development on products that were tangible, attractive to new car buyers, and synergistic with existing F&I products.

We Experienced tremendous success and growth by introducing these new products in presentations alongside our existing product portfolio. This growth came without any cannibalization of our traditional F&I products.

19 years later, we now focus on helping dealer groups bring these tangible products in house. Equipping organizations with the knowledge and support to appropriately staff, manage and deliver these products with unprecedented levels of profitability. Through our focus on process, systems and control we allow our dealer partners to have complete control over their labor, inventory and quality. This allows for a durable institutional program that survives employee turnover, marketplace changes, and product evolutions.
